Description

They say Kara'Ta never draws a blade when four throwing darts and a brace of pistols will do the job with considerably more flair.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Kara'Ta is a Catfolk Corsair — a swaggering, sharp-eyed rogue of the high seas, and this sculpt captures every inch of that bravado. She stands perched atop a barrel amid coils of rope, broken ship's wheel fragments, and dockside debris, one foot forward, a flintlock pistol levelled in her right hand and a fan of throwing darts fanned between the fingers of her left. Her feathered tricorn hat, long coat with fringed epaulettes, scaled breeches, and bandolier of additional firearms mark her as a corsair who collects weapons the way other sailors collect debts.

The detail throughout is exceptional — from the grain of the barrel beneath her feet to the individual stitching on her coat, the sculpt rewards close inspection at every angle. She works equally well as a centrepiece for a seafaring D&D campaign or as a display piece for Tabaxi and Catfolk enthusiasts and pirate-themed collectors alike.

Well-suited for adventurers who:

  • Play a Tabaxi or Catfolk Rogue, Swashbuckler, or Arcane Trickster
  • Need a memorable pirate captain NPC or rival corsair for a nautical campaign
  • Want a character mini that reads as quick, dangerous, and unmistakably charismatic
  • Collect pirate-themed or beast-folk miniatures for display

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the harbour to commission passage to the Sunken Isles — only to find their intended captain, Kara'Ta, standing atop a confiscated merchant's barrel outside the harbourmaster's office, loudly disputing a piracy charge with three throwing darts still embedded in the dock wall behind the harbourmaster's head. She grins when she sees the party. "Excellent timing. I may need character witnesses."

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. The decorative scenic base — featuring the barrel, rope coils, and ship's wheel — is a separate piece and attaches with superglue; Kara'Ta interacts with the base in a way that makes displaying her without it a genuine loss. Supplied unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brush or striking straight from the box as a display piece.
