The Carrion Snail Elder is one of those creatures that lodges in the imagination long after a session ends. Its silhouette is deeply wrong in all the right ways — a vast, warty gastropod body rising above a horned, socket-eyed skull that serves as both shelter and battering ram. Writhing tentacles coil upward from its dorsal mass, tipped with bulbous sensory organs that taste the air for carrion, treasure, or foolish adventurers. Segmented legs and trailing filaments anchor the creature to the ground, giving it a sense of purposeful, unhurried menace.

The sculpt captures the creature mid-crawl, its upper body rearing slightly as the tentacles reach forward — less a monster charging and more one that knows it need not hurry. The horned skull at its base is richly detailed: eye sockets plugged with its own fleshy orbs, cracked bone surface overgrown with the snail's underbelly. It is genuinely unsettling in the best tradition of deep-dungeon aberrations.
