This is the third variation in our Campfire scatter terrain range from Novaminis, and it's the one that tells a story before a single miniature is placed beside it. A sturdy wooden tripod — three thick poles lashed together at the crown with rope — suspends a round-bellied iron cauldron on a length of chunky linked chain. Around the base, a ring of rough fieldstones forms the fire pit, their surfaces worn and irregular as if gathered from a nearby riverbank. There's no fire sculpted here — just the structure of a working camp, waiting for your paint, your scenario, and your players' imagination.

Whether this is the party's overnight rest site, a goblin raider's abandoned bivouac, or the bubbling setup of a hag gathering ingredients at midnight, this piece earns its place on the table. It's equally at home in a wilderness hex-crawl, a village marketplace, or a dungeon antechamber where someone clearly made themselves comfortable. Painted up with scorched wood tones, weathered chain, and a cauldron darkened with use, it becomes a genuine focal point of any encounter.

Encounter Hook:
The players track the missing merchant to a camp clearing deep in the Thornwood — but when they arrive, the cauldron is still warm, the fire recently doused, and three sets of boot prints lead off in different directions. Someone left in a hurry. Someone, or something, made them.

Scaled to 32mm and suited for use with or without an optional plain black base (supplied unattached — a small amount of glue will secure it). This is the third variant in the Campfire range; each offers a distinct silhouette, so collecting the set gives you a varied spread of camp scatter across your table. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming — some minor clean-up from the print process may be needed, though we quality-check every piece before it leaves us.
