Camlash is a winged demonic figure of considerable presence — robed in flowing ritual garb adorned with skull motifs and a dark cross emblem, her silhouette is immediately commanding. Enormous bat wings arch upward from her back, framing a face that is distinctly inhuman: multiple compound eyes, pronounced fangs, and an expression of cold authority. In her left hand she clutches a humanoid skull; her right is raised, fingers curled as though drawing eldritch energy to her palm. Serpentine or tentacle-like forms writhe around her feet and flanks, suggesting she is either summoning or accompanied by lesser horrors.

The sculpt is packed with character-defining details — bandaged forearms bound in ritual wrappings, a belted robe layered with occult symbology, and bare feet picking their way through the chaos that surrounds her. This is a figure that reads as a warlock patron, a demonic high priestess, or a full-blown BBEG with ambitions that extend well beyond a single dungeon level.

For painters, Camlash offers an exceptional range of surface textures: the leathery membranes of the wings, the soft drape of the robes, the hard bone of the skull, and the organic writhing forms at her base. She would look equally at home as a centrepiece model on a display shelf or as the moment your players' jaws drop across the table.

Particularly well-suited for adventurers who:

  • Need a demonic BBEG or powerful antagonist for a fiend-themed campaign
  • Are running an Abyssal, Avernus, or Shadowfell arc and want a villain with visual authority
  • Play a Warlock and want a miniature that could represent their patron made manifest
  • Collect display pieces with rich surface detail and dynamic sculpted bases
  • Want a female demonic spellcaster that goes far beyond generic monster design

Encounter Hook: The party has tracked the source of the missing souls to an abandoned temple on the edge of the Astral wastes. As they descend into the inner sanctum, the torches gutter and die — and in the darkness, four compound eyes open. Camlash has been expecting them. She does not rise from a throne. She simply unfolds her wings and says, very calmly, that she already owns what they came to reclaim.
