Bullywugs occupy a peculiar place in the ecology of swamp and fen — not quite monster, not quite ally, and never entirely trustworthy. This NPC variant captures that ambiguity beautifully. Unarmed and dressed in simple rope-belted cloth, this broad-shouldered amphibian hulk stands with a sullen, evaluating stillness. The heavy-lidded eyes, broad maw, and thick frame speak to a creature that has survived long enough in the mire to stop needing to look threatening. It just is.
Whether you're running a wetland encounter, a Feywild hex, or a murky swamp village that the party has to negotiate their way through, this sculpt brings instant character. Encounter Hook:
The toll-keeper on the rope bridge is a Bullywug who gives no name, asks only for "something warm and wriggling," and stares at the party's rogue a beat too long. It hasn't moved from its post in three days. The locals insist it's harmless. The locals won't look at it when they say this.
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. If you'd prefer a different scale, just get in touch and we'll do our best to help. Available with or without a plain black base — the base ships unattached and can be fixed in place with a spot of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all resin printing, very minor surface marks can occasionally occur, but these are easily tidied up before priming. The miniature arrives fully cured and ready for your brushwork.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
