This is pose 1 of the Bullywug range by The Toadstool Weaver, and it captures the creature's brutish swagger brilliantly. The sculpt shows a stocky, frog-faced humanoid in a wide combat stance, gripping a long wooden spear diagonally across its body with both webbed hands. A rough rope belt and tattered leaf-skirt hint at a tribal warrior culture — these aren't mindless beasts, they're organised, territorial, and fiercely protective of their boggy domain. The broad, sullen expression and planted feet make this feel like a creature that has held its ground before and will do so again.
Bullywugs make for excellent rank-and-file enemies in swamp ambushes, Underdark border skirmishes, or as muscle for a more powerful master — a hag, a black dragon, or a cunning frog-priest with ambitions above its station. This mini works brilliantly as both a battlefield encounter piece and a display model for adventurers who appreciate the weirder corners of the monster manual.

Encounter Hook:
The party's boat has run aground on a submerged root somewhere in the Blackfen Marsh — and the rhythmic croaking surrounding them has just stopped. Three bullywugs rise from the water on the starboard side, spears levelled, demanding a toll in the name of the Grand Croaker. Whether they pay, fight, or somehow negotiate will determine whether they make it to the keep by nightfall.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base comes unattached and can be affixed with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all resin printing, minor surface marks are possible and can be tidied up before priming. Each piece is fully cured and ready for paint.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
