This is Bugbear 1 from Ella's Arcanum Minis — a heavily built goblinoid warrior caught mid-swing, morningstar raised high and ready to bring ruin down on whoever had the misfortune of drawing its attention. The sculpt captures everything that makes bugbears so effective as encounter threats: the raw, fur-covered musculature, the mismatched spiked pauldrons and bracers, the wide leather belt cinched over a tattered hide skirt, and that snarling, fanged expression that says this creature does not parley. One fist is clenched at its side; the other hoists a long-hafted spiked morningstar aloft — the pose radiating forward momentum and barely contained aggression.
In D&D 5e, bugbears are classified as Goblinoids with a natural aptitude for ambush and brute-force combat, making them excellent mid-tier monsters, bodyguards for more calculating foes, or the muscle behind a goblin warband. This sculpt serves all three roles at the table and looks equally at home on a display shelf, where the detail in the fur texture, armour rivets, and weapon spikes rewards a careful paint job.

Supplied at 32mm scale on a round base (attached). The mini arrives unpainted and ready for priming — crisp surface detail suits both drybrushing and layered techniques. Supports are removed as standard; as with all resin prints, minor marks are possible and are easily tidied with a hobby file.
