Description

They were brothers once — before whatever dark ritual, cursed experiment, or abyssal corruption fused their bodies into a single snarling, four-armed nightmare that shares nothing but hatred.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Brothers is a visceral, two-headed monstrosity — a single fused body bristling with four grasping claws and two screaming faces, each twisted in a different expression of rage. The sculpt captures the creature mid-lunge, both sets of arms splayed wide as though it could embrace the entire party at once. Taut, emaciated musculature wraps a shared torso, ribs pressing against the skin, while the two heads crane outward in opposing directions — one mouth pulled wide in a raw, open shriek, the other leering with a cold, tooth-baring grimace.

This is a creature that unsettles before it even moves. Whether you run it as an ettin variant, a failed alchemical experiment, a demon-touched aberration, or a unique homebrew horror, the Brothers carries genuine menace on the tabletop. The dynamic, wide-reaching pose means it commands presence even on a crowded encounter mat. Paint it as pale, necrotic flesh — grey-white skin with bruised shadows and dark veins — or go full abyssal corruption with slick obsidian and bile-green highlights.

The sculpt is by The Toadstool Weaver, whose designs lean into body horror and creeping dread with a level of anatomical craft that rewards careful painters and intimidates players on sight.

This miniature works especially well for adventurers who:

  • Run horror-themed campaigns with a Ravenloft or Shadowfell flavour
  • Need a memorable mid-tier encounter monster with a twist
  • Want a creature that sparks questions — what are they? What happened to them?
  • Are building an undead or aberration encounter roster with real variety
  • Enjoy a centrepiece painting challenge with strong anatomical detail

Encounter Hook: The party is hired to investigate a noble family's sealed estate after servants stop returning. In the lowest cellar, they find a laboratory — and the lord's two eldest sons, fused together by a botched Wishspell meant to make them inseparable heirs. They remember nothing of who they were. They remember only that they are hungry.
