The Bonespitter is a grotesque creature of writhing sinew and protruding bone — a serpentine aberration that coils upward from a nest of blood-red splintered bone shards. Its elongated, muscular body is wrapped in exposed muscle tissue rendered in deep reds, bruised purples, and raw amber, with pale white bone spurs erupting at irregular intervals along its twisting length. At the top of its arching neck, a broad, grimacing face — wide-set, fleshy, and deeply unsettling — sneers with a mouth full of teeth. It is simultaneously organic and wrong, as though something that ought to be inside a creature has been allowed to become the creature.
