Description

Born from the churning chaos of Limbo, the Blue Slaad exists in a state of perpetual, barely-contained aggression — a creature that doesn't stalk its prey so much as hurl itself at it with every serrated claw outstretched.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This is pose 02 of our Blue Slaad range, sculpted by Novaminis. Where another pose might catch the creature mid-stance, this variant captures the Blue Slaad at full charge — torso pitched forward, both sets of claws raking outward, one foot lifted off the ground as it lunges. The warty, spike-studded hide is rendered in extraordinary detail, from the bony ridges erupting across the shoulders to the rows of jagged teeth lining that gaping maw. It reads immediately as a threat, and that's exactly the energy a Dungeon Master needs on the tabletop.

Blue Slaadi are amongst the most viscerally dangerous chaos creatures in D&D 5e — fast, infectious, and relentless. This sculpt captures that recklessness perfectly. Whether you're running a planar adventure through Limbo, a slaad incursion into the Material Plane, or a Pandemonium-touched dungeon crawl, this mini brings the chaos where it belongs: right in your players' faces. Equally at home on a display shelf alongside other aberrant horrors, it holds its own as a collector's piece for anyone drawn to the stranger corners of the monster manual.

A strong match for adventurers who:

  • Run planar or Limbo-set campaigns and want creature variety on the table
  • Need a dynamic, charging pose to signal immediate danger to their players
  • Collect aberrations, chaos creatures, or unusual D&D monsters
  • Enjoy painting challenging organic textures — warty hide, layered claws, and deep muscle definition
  • Want a standout piece for a display shelf alongside their monster collection

Encounter Hook:
The gate to Limbo was supposed to be sealed — the party confirmed it themselves three sessions ago. But the grooves in the dungeon floor aren't drag marks; they're claw prints, pressed deep into stone by something moving fast. The trail leads to the barracks. The screaming stopped about a minute ago. Whatever made those prints is still in there — and from the frantic scrabbling sounds echoing down the corridor, it hasn't finished.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale and available with or without a plain black base (base comes unattached — a small amount of glue is all you need). The miniature arrives ready to prime and paint, or use straight from the box for your next session. We take care with every piece, though as with all resin work, minor marks from support removal can occasionally occur — these are easily tidied up at the painting stage.
