Bloody Mary Queen by Mia Kay M3DM
Description
She has ruled this court since before your grandfather's grandfather was born — and no one who has noticed has lived to speak of it.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Bloody Mary Queen cuts an imperious figure in her sweeping gown and dramatic wide-brimmed bonnet, her expression caught somewhere between composed disdain and something far older and colder. This is not a vampire who hunts through dark alleyways — she hunts through dinner parties, succession crises, and royal favour. Sculpted with striking detail across the layered fabric of her dress, the structured bodice, and the flared cuffs at her wrists, she carries the weight of centuries in every fold of cloth and the set of her jaw.
For Dungeon Masters running gothic intrigue, Ravenloft campaigns, or any setting where the deadliest creature in the room is also the most elegantly dressed, Bloody Mary Queen makes an exceptional recurring villain or dark patron. She works equally well as a Strahd-adjacent noble, a vampire lord's consort with her own agenda, or simply as a display piece for collectors who appreciate character-driven sculpts with genuine presence.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Run gothic horror or Ravenloft-style D&D and TTRPG campaigns
- Need a vampire NPC with political menace rather than feral threat
- Want a centrepiece villain that reads as powerful without a single weapon in hand
- Collect and paint character-driven miniatures with rich fabric and facial detail
Encounter Hook:
The party receives a sealed invitation to the Queen's Masquerade — a monthly tradition at court, attended by nobles, diplomats, and those who have simply never been brave enough to decline. Three guests vanished at last month's gathering. The hosts have not been informed of this fact. The Queen greets the adventurers at the door herself, and her smile does not quite reach her eyes.
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. The model with a detailed base comes as a single attached piece. The model with a plain base ships with the base detached and can be secured with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all precision resin work, minor marks may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up with light filing.

The cats rolled Perception to find the warmest spot in the studio. Both rolled 20. They have not moved since.
A natural companion for undead hordes and Ravenloft campaigns enthusiasts — see more from Mia Kay M3DM.
