Tovar Stormholt is a blood mage who wears his power like a long coat in a storm — dramatic, deliberate, and impossible to ignore. From the Legacy of Blood collection by Primal Collectibles, this sculpt captures him mid-incantation: one hand trailing a long braided whip, the other wreathed in dark, tendril-like magical energy that coils and twists as though it has its own will. His long coat billows behind him, and his expression carries the focused menace of someone who has already calculated how this ends. Whether you cast him as a Warlock patron's emissary, a Ravenloft-adjacent villain, or a morally complicated PC with a complicated history, Tovar commands the table the moment he's placed on it.

The sculpt is available in two distinct poses — standing tall and wide-armed in a commanding summoning stance, or crouched and coiled, lower to the ground and dangerously intent. Both are presented here; check the variant options to choose the pose that fits your campaign. Each version comes on a detailed rubble base that interacts naturally with the figure's stance and coat.

Suited to adventurers who:

  • Are running a gothic horror campaign set in Ravenloft or a similar dark domain
  • Need a named villain, rival mage, or morally ambiguous NPC with genuine presence
  • Play a Warlock or Sorcerer and want a mini that matches the character's dark aesthetic
  • Collect display-scale fantasy miniatures from the gothic and dark fantasy genre
  • Want a centrepiece figure for a painting project with rich surface detail to work with

Encounter Hook:
The party has been hired to recover a stolen relic from a crumbling manor on the edge of the Mournwood. They find Tovar Stormholt already there — unhurried, whip loosely in hand — standing over the relic with a measured smile. He doesn't reach for it. He simply says: "I was wondering when they'd send someone interesting."

What's included:
Tovar Stormholt is printed at 32mm scale. The figure and decorative rubble base are supplied as separate pieces and can be attached with standard hobby glue — the pose and coat interact with the base, so attaching it is recommended. Supports are removed prior to dispatch; minor marks from the printing process may occasionally be present and are easily cleaned up with standard hobby tools.
