Horzin is no gentle keeper of forest glades. A Black Dragonborn druid of rare conviction, he walks the boundary between draconic savagery and primal wisdom — honouring the rot, the flood, and the corrosive dark as necessary forces in the natural order. His gnarled staff, wound with rope and crested with jagged crystal, is raised skyward as though drawing power from something vast and ancient. In his other hand he grips a broad blade, its edge honed for when communion with nature turns to conflict. His scaled hide is layered beneath ceremonial robes and pauldrons bound with cord, and rope-like dreadlocks spill from beneath a draconic skull headdress adorned with curling horns. A barbed, scaled tail coils behind him, and his taloned feet grip the earth with deliberate purpose.

He tells them the blight is not his doing — it is a symptom of something far older awakening beneath the marsh. He offers a pact. He makes clear it is not a request.
