Adult black dragons are among the most sadistic and territorial of dragonkind — patient hunters who corrode hope as readily as they corrode flesh. This sculpt captures one in its most terrifying instant: wings spread wide, neck arched back, and a roiling gout of acid erupting from between serrated jaws. Every scale on the neck and underbelly is individually articulated, a dorsal crest of sharp fins runs the full length of the spine, and the bat-like wings stretch taut with the effort of the breath.
