This is a creature of primal, oceanic authority — a colossal amphibious kaiju rising from churning waters with jaws agape and rows of overlapping armoured scales catching whatever light dares to reach the depths. Its swept dorsal fins and great bat-like wings frame a body built for crushing tonnage, while its thick, serpentine tail coils around a rocky, wave-battered base. Every scale, every ridge of spine, every sinew across that barrel chest speaks to thousands of years of evolution in service of one purpose: dominance.
The sculpt carries extraordinary surface detail throughout — the granular texture of the belly scales shifts seamlessly into the broader, more angular plating along the back, and the webbed wing membranes show fine vein-like striations that reward a careful wash. The scenic base, all broken rock and surging water, gives the piece tremendous energy; this is not a creature standing still, it is a creature arriving.

Encounter Hook

The artefact, it turns out, was its egg.
