Description

It doesn't announce itself — the first sign is the smell of ozone, the crack of distant thunder, and then twelve clawed legs emerging from the dark.

  • ✔ Multi-miniature bundle — multiple variations in one order
  • ✔ 32mm scale resin, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ All pieces supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Great value for building out encounter groups or display collections

The Behir is one of D&D's most underused apex predators: a 40-foot serpentine monstrosity with a crocodilian head, a dozen scrabbling legs, and a lightning breath that can arc through an entire marching order. This bundle gives you two distinct sculpts from Novaminis to represent it on the table — Behir 01 captures the creature mid-rear, jaws gaping wide in a threat display with its forelimbs braced and its coiled mass bristling with dorsal spines; Behir 02 shows it low and hunting, body fully extended across the ground, head thrust forward and maw open in a ground-level lunge. Both are digital renders showing the sculpt in full detail across multiple angles — the scaled hide, multi-jointed limbs, and layered teeth are all cleanly resolved and carry excellent surface texture throughout.

Together they give Dungeon Masters genuine tactical flexibility: use the rearing pose for the moment the creature is first revealed, and the low-crawl pose for when it's already committed to the chase. They work equally well as display pieces for collectors drawn to D&D's more serpentine monstrosities.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Want a multi-pose Behir for dynamic storytelling across a single encounter
  • Are running Underdark campaigns where the Behir guards its territorial lair
  • Need a CR 11 monster with genuine table presence for mid-campaign boss fights
  • Collect large fantasy creature miniatures for painting projects or display shelves

Encounter Hook:
The party has been hired to clear a collapsed mine — but the foreman neglected to mention that something has been dragging workers into the lower tunnels for three weeks. The floor of the deepest shaft is scorched black and smells of burned copper. Then the ceiling moves.

This bundle includes both Behir 01 and Behir 02 — two distinct sculpts at the price of a set, offering a saving over purchasing each individually. Both are scaled to 32mm and supplied unpainted, ready for priming and painting straight out of the box. Minor marks from support removal may occasionally be present; these are easily tidied up before painting.
