This is pose 02 of Novaminis' Behir range, and it captures the creature mid-surge — body low, all twelve clawed legs splayed and driving forward, the long serpentine form coiling behind it as it lunges. The head is the centrepiece: horned crown swept back, maw stretched impossibly wide to reveal rows of sharp, interlocking teeth and a full view of the creature's gullet. Every detail — the overlapping dorsal scutes, the mottled hide, the powerful clawed feet — reads clearly from the gaming table. This is a Behir that looks like it has already decided the party is dinner.
Compared to a more upright or rearing Behir pose, this sculpt emphasises raw, ground-level momentum — the unmistakable shape of a creature that doesn't need to be tall to be terrifying. It makes a distinctive piece for adventurers who want their encounters to have weight and their shelves to have presence.

Encounter Hook:

When the party investigates the last reported sighting, they find a canyon mouth just wide enough for a Behir to have coiled inside, patient and waiting, its outline barely visible in the dark until it surges forward into the light.
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base ships unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all high-detail miniatures, minor marks can occasionally occur and are straightforward to clean up. Arrives fully cured and ready for priming, painting, or immediate use at the table.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
