Bear 01 by Mia Kay M3DM
Description
The forest floor trembles as something vast rises from the undergrowth — all muscle, fur, and fury, rearing to its full terrible height.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This is no passive woodland creature. Mia Kay's Bear 01 sculpt captures a grizzly bear mid-threat display — rearing up on its hind legs, jaws thrown wide, one massive forepaw raised and claws splayed. The texture work across the fur is exceptional, with deep flowing lines that will reward a wash-and-drybrush paint job beautifully. The base features rocky ground detail, grounding the miniature in a wilderness setting that suits forest encounters, mountain passes, or cave lairs equally well.
Whether you're placing it as a wandering monster, a druid's animal companion, or the apex predator guarding a dungeon entrance, this sculpt carries genuine presence on the tabletop. It's equally at home on a display shelf alongside a nature-themed warband or a painted diorama of a woodland scene.
A solid choice for adventurers who:
- Run wilderness, forest, or mountain-themed D&D and TTRPG encounters
- Need a large beast miniature with a dynamic, engaging pose
- Play Druids or Rangers with an animal companion at their side
- Paint and collect fantasy creature miniatures for display
Encounter Hook:
The party's ranger crouches over a set of enormous tracks cutting through the mud — each print the width of a shield. From somewhere uphill comes a low, resonant rumble, and then the treeline explodes outward as a half-ton of territorial fury rears up between them and the only path back to camp.
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. The model on the detailed base is supplied as a single piece. The plain base variant is detached and can be secured with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all resin printing, minor surface marks are possible and can be cleaned up with fine sandpaper or a craft knife. Each piece is fully cured and ready for priming.
