Description
In the lightless reaches beneath the mountain, where echolocation is worth more than a torch and hammers ring louder than war cries, the bat folk warrior has already found you before you've heard a sound.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This bat folk warrior cuts a genuinely menacing silhouette — a broad-shouldered, chain-armoured humanoid with sharp, upright bat ears, a long scaled tail, and a warhammer in each hand. The stance is aggressive and mid-motion, weight shifted forward as if charging into melee, both hammers raised and ready to deliver a crushing two-pronged strike. Chainmail covers the torso and upper arms, layered over padded cloth, with reinforced plate sections at the shoulders and knees. Rope wrapping coils around the hammer hafts, lending a hand-crafted brutality to what is otherwise a surprisingly disciplined-looking warrior.
The sculpt rewards careful painters. The chainmail texture is crisp across the chest and limbs, the plate details are cleanly defined, and the face — with its flattened, mammalian snout and wide, alert eyes — gives this miniature a character that sits somewhere between feral and formidable. The scaled tail adds movement and flow to the back profile, ensuring the miniature reads well from every angle on the table.
Whether you're running a campaign where bat folk serve as underground enforcers, fierce tribal warriors, or a player character breaking every expectation with a dual-hammer build, this sculpt delivers the presence to match the concept.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Run Underdark, cavern, or subterranean encounters and want a distinctive humanoid warrior
- Play a bat folk, Harengon-adjacent, or homebrew beast-kin Fighter, Barbarian, or Monk
- Collect monstrous humanoid miniatures from independent sculptors
- Want a dual-wielding melee fighter with visual flair and strong table presence
Encounter Hook
The party follows a trail of cracked stone pillars deeper into the cave network — each one struck clean through at waist height, as if something heavy hit them repeatedly with tremendous force. When the bat folk warrior finally drops from the ceiling directly onto the rearmost character, it already has both hammers swinging.
