Barry the Beer Golem by Mia Kay M3DM
Description
Nobody quite knows who enchanted the brewery barrels, or why they arranged themselves into something with fists — but Barry has been bouncing troublemakers out of the Gilded Flagon ever since, and nobody's argued with him twice.

- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Barry the Beer Golem is a gloriously absurd magical construct sculpted with genuine craft and care. His body is assembled from iron-banded wooden barrels — torso, legs, and arms all bound together with rope and rivets — topped off with a bulbous, fleshy head that suggests someone's enchantment work was slightly off-brief. He carries a pair of large barrel tankards, one slung over each shoulder, and stands in a wide-legged stance that radiates an unmistakable bouncer energy. The sculpt is rich with texture: wood grain, barrel hoops, rope bindings, and knuckled fists all rendered with the kind of detail that rewards a careful paint job.
Whether you're running a comedy-infused tavern encounter, a wildly homebrew dungeon full of magical mishaps, or you simply want the most charismatic construct on your display shelf, Barry earns his place at any table.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a memorable golem encounter with personality to spare
- Are building a tavern, brewery, or merchant district in their campaign setting
- Want a conversation-starting piece for their miniature collection or display shelf
- Are looking for a genuinely characterful construct that rewards time at the painting desk
Encounter Hook:
The party has been hired to investigate why the Ambervale Brewery's stock keeps disappearing overnight. What they find in the cellar is a barrel-built golem named Barry, faithfully following his last instruction — "guard the good stuff" — for forty years, blissfully unaware the brewery closed down and the beer ran out decades ago.
