This is Barman 02 — the second sculpt in Novaminis' tavern staff line, and a distinctly different character from his counterpart. Where some barkeeps look approachable, this one does not. He stands with both fists planted firmly on his hips, thick-armed and barrel-chested, a long bar apron hanging to his boots with a twisted rope tie at the waist. A short beard frames a face that has clearly told a thousand patrons to settle down — and been listened to every time. He wears a simple tunic fastened at the collar with a small clasp, rolled to the elbows, and carries the easy authority of someone who doesn't need a weapon behind the bar because he is the deterrent.

This sculpt is the one for tavern scenes that need weight and presence. Whether your party's local watering hole is a roughneck frontier inn, a city dockside establishment, or a shady guild front, this barman gives the space credibility. Paint him in greys and browns for a weathered working man, or push the contrast on his apron to show the wear of long shifts. The braided rope tie at his waist is a particularly satisfying detail to pick out.
