This is Barman 01 from Novaminis — the first of their barman sculpt series, and a character that absolutely earns his place at the centre of your tavern scene. He's a heavy-set, bald human with a close-cropped beard, dressed in a textured waistcoat over a sleeveless shirt, a long apron, and sturdy working boots. His pose is confident and unhurried: arms folded loosely at his midriff, holding both a tankard and a folded cloth — the universal posture of a man who has seen every type of trouble walk through his door and is not especially impressed by any of it.

The sculpt carries plenty of surface detail that rewards careful painting. The waistcoat has a woven or embroidered texture across the chest, the apron falls in natural folds, and the trousers have stitched seams along the outer leg — small touches that give the figure real presence at tabletop scale. His expression is knowing, a slight smile playing at the corner of his mouth, as though he's already heard your cover story and isn't buying it.

As a numbered variant, Barman 01 is the foundation of the series — a straightforward, authoritative presence behind the bar. If you're building out a full tavern interior with staff, he pairs naturally alongside the other barman variations for a lived-in, populated feel.
