Mabel, the Bard of Hearts, is a beautifully characterful sculpt from DM Stash's Bastion of the Wandering Mage 5-year anniversary collection. She sits with an easy confidence on a detailed rocky base, her heart-topped harp held aloft, wind-tossed hair framed by a delicate floral crown, and layers of frilled cape billowing behind her. Heart motifs appear throughout her design — on the harp scroll, her belt clasp, and the detailing of her armour — giving her a cohesive, thematic identity that reads instantly on the tabletop.

The sculpt rewards painters. The back of the cloak carries an intricate heart-and-flourish engraving, her fishnet stockings are rendered with crisp texture, and the base features scattered crystals and wild grass that bring the whole composition to life. Printed at 32mm scale here in the UK. The model and base are supplied as separate pieces and can be attached with superglue — Mabel's scenic base is very much part of her character, so we'd recommend using it. As with all high-detail resin prints, minor support marks may occasionally be present; these are easily tidied up before priming. Supplied unpainted and ready for your brushwork.
