Description

Somewhere beneath the Nine Hells, a barbed devil flexes its spine-covered fists and grins — because the soul it was sent to collect is already in the room.

  • ✔ Multi-miniature bundle — multiple variations in one order
  • ✔ 32mm scale resin, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ All pieces supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Great value for building out encounter groups or display collections

This bundle brings together both sculpts from Novaminis' Barbed Devil range, giving you the full infernal pair for your D&D 5e encounters, painting projects, or display shelf. Pose 01 captures the devil in a wide, predatory stance — arms spread, claws open, knee raised — radiating the coiled menace of a creature that knows it cannot be outrun. Every surface bristles with barbs: from the crown of horns erupting from its skull to the jagged spines lining its tail and legs. Pose 02 is the moment before the strike — one clawed hand raised high, the other drawn back at the hip, jaws wide in a roar that would send a paladin reaching for their holy symbol.

In D&D 5e, barbed devils (hamatulas) serve as enforcers of infernal contracts, guardians of Avernus, and the kind of mid-tier fiends that make a party of level 7 adventurers deeply regret their life choices. These sculpts from Novaminis do full justice to that lore — dynamic, detailed, and dripping with threat. Both are equally at home as a boss encounter monster, an infernal bodyguard, or a striking centrepiece on a painted display shelf.

Well suited for adventurers who:

  • Want both Barbed Devil poses in a single, better-value purchase
  • Are building an infernal-themed encounter or Nine Hells campaign arc
  • Need a standout monster mini that reads from across the table
  • Enjoy painting deeply textured creature sculpts with complex surface detail
  • Collect fiend miniatures for display alongside their D&D books

Encounter Hook:
The party's warlock swore the contract bound the devil for one year only — but the wording was ambiguous, and the hamatula standing in the doorway is holding a copy of the original agreement. It's been annotated. In blood. And the clause it's pointing to covers exactly this situation.

This bundle includes both Barbed Devil 01 and Barbed Devil 02, sculpted at 32mm scale. Both minis are digital renders shown unpainted — what you see reflects the sculpt detail you will receive. Support marks are removed before dispatch, though minor imperfections inherent to the printing process may occasionally occur and are easily tidied up before priming. Buying as a bundle saves you money compared to purchasing each pose individually.
