The Barbed Devil is one of the Nine Hells' most methodical enforcers — a creature of sharp edges and sharper patience. This sculpt captures that perfectly: arms raised and fingers pressed together in a gesture that reads less as prayer and more as calculation. Every surface of its lean frame erupts in spines and barbs, from the jagged crown of its skull to the hooked protrusions along its forearms and legs. A coiling tail sweeps low behind it, and its hollow-eyed skull-face carries the quiet menace of something that has all the time in the Lower Planes.
As a 32mm miniature, this is a beast of detail — the layered spines have real definition and depth, and the forward-leaning stance gives it an unsettling sense of presence on the tabletop. Equally at home as a boss encounter, a devil court enforcer, or a warlock patron's herald, it also makes a compelling piece for display shelves and painted collections alike.

Sitting behind the desk, fingers laced, spine-crown scraping the ceiling, the Barbed Devil informs them politely that the previous signatory fulfilled his obligations. It would like to discuss theirs.
Details
Printed at 32mm scale and supplied as a single piece attached to its base, ready for priming and painting or straight onto the tabletop. As with all our prints, each piece is quality checked before dispatch — minor marks from support removal are possible but easily tidied up.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
