This miniature from Epic Miniatures captures a tribal barbarian in a rare moment of stillness — seated atop a rough-hewn log or rocky outcrop, he radiates barely-contained power. His thick braided hair falls forward over a broad, scarred chest clad in layered hide and bone armour. A bull skull rests at his hip, bones and trophies hang from his belt, and his fists are wrapped and ready. Across his back, a massive beast-jaw pauldron speaks to hunts long past and victories hard-won.
Beside him, a separate scatter piece adds tremendous narrative depth: a crude wooden frame holds a skinned carcass over a fire, the base scattered with rocks and flame — a barbarian's camp in miniature. This companion piece is equally detailed and can be placed alongside the main figure or used independently as scatter terrain to dress your wilderness encounters.
