This unpainted grey resin miniature depicts a heavily muscled tribal barbarian warrior caught in a moment of controlled menace. He stands square-footed and broad-shouldered, a massive war hammer rested casually across one shoulder — the pose of someone who has no need to threaten, because his presence does it for him. His braided hair falls across heavily corded muscles, and his face carries the hard-set expression of a man who has survived things others only speak of in whispers.

The detail across this sculpt is genuinely impressive. His armour is a patchwork of beast hides, bone fragments, and rough-hewn leather, with a striking skull-shaped belt buckle serving as a centrepiece to his torso armour — unmistakably tribal in character. Bone-and-hide wrappings bind his wrists and shins, and his boots are layered fur and leather tied roughly over muscular calves. A necklace of teeth and small bones hangs at his chest. The rear of the sculpt is equally well considered: a horned skull trophy piece sits mounted on his back, adding another layer of earned menace to an already formidable silhouette.

He sits on a medium 25.5mm base, which gives him excellent stability and keeps him scaled correctly for standard encounter grids. Whether he's leading a warband into battle or guarding the entrance to a sacred hunting ground, this mini commands the table.

A solid choice for adventurers who:

  • Need a powerful barbarian PC or warrior NPC for a Norse, tribal, or wilderness campaign
  • Want a characterful frontline fighter with a distinctive silhouette on the battlemap
  • Are building a tribal warband encounter with varied sculpts
  • Love a detailed painting project — the layered textures of hide, bone, and muscle give a painter plenty to work with

Encounter Hook: The party tracks a missing hunting party to the edge of the Greymoor, where they find the hunters' weapons arranged in a ritual circle — and a lone barbarian standing at its centre, hammer at rest, watching the treeline. He speaks only to say: "Something worse than me took them. I have been waiting for someone worth fighting beside."
