Firbolgs occupy a curious space in D&D lore — gentle forest-guardians by nature, yet carrying the blood of giants in every fibre of their being. This sculpt captures the precise moment that duality collapses. The Barbarian Firbolg is mid-sprint, one knee lifted in a full-charge stride, a spiked flail swinging forward with raw, barely-contained momentum. There is nothing gentle about this moment.

The detail across the sculpt rewards careful painters. A fur-trimmed travelling cloak billows behind him, caught mid-motion. Feather-edged wrappings bind his shins and forearms, and fringed hide panels hang at his waist — the gear of someone who lives close to the wilderness and has long since stopped caring about armour weight. His topknot and short beard frame a face locked in a ferocious snarl, brow furrowed, jaw set. He is not intimidating people. He is already committed.

The flail itself is a focal point — an ornate-handled weapon with a heavy spiked ball, held in both hands at the apex of a wild, lunging swing. Someone needs to either join the fight on the right side or convince a very angry giant-kin that they are not the enemy — quickly.
