Baphomet, the Demon Lord of Beasts, is one of the most recognisable and feared figures in D&D lore — a towering entity of primal violence and labyrinthine cunning. This sculpt from Yasashii Kyojin Studios captures that dread magnificently: a hulking, bull-headed fiend bristling with a crown of sweeping horns, a mane of feather-scaled fur across its broad shoulders, cloven hooves, and a whip-thin tail coiling behind powerful haunches. In one massive hand it drags a broad-bladed battle axe along the ground — not raised in urgency, but lowered with the contemptuous ease of something that has never needed to hurry.
This is pose 01 of our Baphomet Minotaur Demon range. The stance here is a ground-eating forward stride — weight low, jaw open in a roar, clawed free hand reaching outward. It reads as the moment of first engagement, when the Demon Lord decides the hunt is over and the slaughter begins. The sculpt detail is exceptional throughout: the layered feather-fur texture across the back and shoulders, the ridged knuckles, the studded axe blade, and the articulated tail all reward close inspection at the painting table as much as they command the encounter on the board.

Encounter Hook:

You were slower than I hoped." Initiative.
Scaled to 32mm. Available with or without a plain black base — the base is supplied unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Some minor support marks are possible as part of the printing process; these are easily tidied up before priming. Supplied unpainted and ready for your brush.
