The Banshee Queen is no shambling revenant — she is ancient, deliberate, and terrifying in her composure. Her multi-armed silhouette looms over a base strewn with skulls: one skeletal hand suspending a chained soul lantern, another gripping a towering antler-crowned staff topped with a wicked trident finial, and great curving scythe blades sweeping outward from her flowing funerary robes. Printed at 32mm scale, though as a BBEG sculpt she runs slightly larger than a standard character mini — entirely fitting for the encounter she's built to anchor.
