This lizardfolk bandit is a study in low-born menace. Hunched into a fighting crouch, the warrior drives forward with a broad-tipped spear while a heavy round shield — embossed with a simple clan sigil — locks the line. Studded armour plates cover the torso and shoulders, contrasting with the raw, interlocking scales of the tail and legs that sweep wide behind the figure for balance and dynamism.
