This is a lizardfolk with a career plan. Armoured in layered scale-and-leather harness, straps buckled tight across a powerful reptilian torso, this bandit cuts an imposing silhouette — hunched forward in a low, predatory stance that suggests something between a prowl and a lunge. A crossbow is held ready in one clawed hand, the tail curled out behind for balance, and a heavy-bladed short sword hangs at the hip alongside what appears to be a hooked blade. On the back, a large pack is lashed with rope and straps alongside a sheathed longsword — this is not a raider who travels light.

The facial sculpt is particularly characterful: brow ridges jutting forward over narrowed eyes, mouth half-open to reveal reptilian teeth, and prominent cranial ridges lending the whole head a craggy, weathered look.
