This female bandit captain is every DM's favourite kind of antagonist: someone who has clearly earned her rank through hard-won experience rather than inherited title. Her segmented armour shows the patchwork practicality of a life lived outside the law, her travelling cloak billows with the confidence of someone who owns every road she walks, and her curved blade is already drawn. One arm is extended, pointing — at a target, a direction, or perhaps your party. Whatever she's commanding, her expression leaves no room for debate.
