The Bagman is one of folklore's most quietly disturbing figures — a gaunt, impossibly jointed humanoid thing that moves on all fours with a predatory patience no natural creature should possess. This sculpt from Yasashii Kyojin Studio captures that wrongness with unsettling precision: the spine arching high over the haunches, the elongated limbs terminating in raking talons, the matted curtain of hair hanging where a face should be. At its feet sits an abandoned rucksack — mundane, ordinary, and somehow the most frightening detail of all. What was in it? Who left it there? The Bagman knows.

Encounter Hook:
The missing persons reports all described the same thing — a rucksack left behind, contents undisturbed, owner gone without a sound. When the party investigates the abandoned tenement where the latest victim was last seen, they find the bag first. Then, from the corner of the ceiling, something long and pale begins to unfold itself.
This miniature is printed at 35mm scale. It can be ordered with or without a plain black display base — the base ships unattached and can be secured with a small amount of glue. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming; some minor cleanup of support marks may be required, though we do our best to quality-check every piece before it leaves us.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
