This Baernaloth sculpt from Monster Atlas captures one of D&D's most unsettling fiends in extraordinary detail. The miniature depicts a towering, gaunt figure with a reptilian bull-like head crowned by sweeping horns — a cluster of curved spines and two great outward horns giving the silhouette immediate menace. Stringy flesh hangs from the jaw, and deep-set eyes suggest millennia of cold calculation rather than brute rage.

The creature holds an open tome in its long-clawed hands, pages splayed wide as if mid-incantation or mid-bargain. The pose is unhurried and deliberate — this is not a beast that charges; it waits, reads, and decides your fate on its own terms.
