Azora is no hunched crone lurking in a bog. She is composed, deliberate, and dangerous in the way that only someone truly confident in their power can be. This sculpt captures her in a commanding stance: one hand gripping a tall, gnarled wooden staff that spirals at the crown, the other arm raised with a feathered owl familiar perched upon her forearm. Her wide-brimmed witch's hat casts a deep shadow across her features, and her flowing black gown — split to the thigh, belted at the waist with a studded corset — gives her the look of someone who has never once needed armour. She doesn't need it.

For Dungeon Masters, Azora fills the role of the elegant, manipulative BBEG or morally ambiguous Feywild broker with remarkable ease. She works equally well as the coven's most articulate member, a fey-touched sorceress running a city's shadowy underworld, or the smiling enchantress who sent the party on a quest they didn't fully understand. For collectors and painters, the sculpt rewards detail work — the fabric texture of the gown, the feather detail on the owl, and the serpentine twist of the staff are all there waiting for a brush.

This product includes two pose variants of Azora — observe each listing image carefully, as pose 1 features her hat brim angled downward with face obscured, while pose 2 shows her face more openly. A rear-view render is also included to show the full sculpt detail from behind.

Printed at 32mm scale as per the artist's default. As Azora is designed as a BBEG, she runs slightly larger than a standard player character mini — get in touch if you'd like a scale adjustment. She comes in separate parts requiring simple assembly with super glue. Some minor cleanup of support marks may be needed, which is easily handled before priming. Supplied unpainted and ready for your brush.
