This is the Aussie-Folk 09 — a kangaroo-folk warrior sculpted by Yasashii Kyojin Studios, and one of the most distinctive anthropomorphic minis you'll bring to your table. Standing upright with easy confidence, this character wears layered travelling armour — shoulder plates, wrapped forearms, and a crossed chest harness — with two swords slung across the back in an X formation. A loose neck scarf and belted sash add to the sense of a well-travelled, battle-hardened wanderer. The digitigrade legs and powerful tail ground the sculpt firmly in its marsupial heritage without sacrificing any of the martial poise that makes this figure so striking on the tabletop.
The pose across the three images shifts from a composed three-quarter stance to a side profile and rear view — all three angles showing off the quality of the detail work, from the individual wrapping on the forearms to the clean lines of both sword hilts cresting above the shoulders. Whether you're building out an exotic mercenary, a wandering duelist, or a Monk who's sworn off all roads home, this sculpt gives your character genuine presence before a single brushstroke.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Want an anthropomorphic kangaroo-folk Fighter, Monk, or Ranger PC
- Need a memorable NPC — a duelist, wandering sellsword, or unlikely quest-giver
- Are building a homebrew world with non-standard humanoid races
- Collect fantasy anthropomorphic minis for display as well as play
Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking a stolen relic for three sessions when they finally corner the thief in a crowded dockside tavern — only to find a lean, sharp-eyed roo-folk warrior already sitting across from the mark, two sword hilts visible over each shoulder, apparently having got there first. Whether rival, potential ally, or the one who hired the thief to begin with, the Aussie-Folk 09 is the mini you place on the table and let the silence do the work.
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base comes unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all high-detail resin work, minor marks may occasionally be present and are straightforward to tidy up.

Mitz & Simz — the cats would help more but lack the necessary thumbs.
