Description
Word on the frontier trail is that the most feared archer in the region isn't an elf, a human, or even a dwarf — it's a stocky, wide-eyed marsupial folk ranger who never misses, never hurries, and always smells faintly of eucalyptus.

- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This is Aussie-Folk 08, part of the Yasashii Kyojin Studios Aussie-Folk range — a brilliant line of anthropomorphic marsupial and Australian-inspired creature-folk reimagined as fully equipped fantasy adventurers. This particular sculpt depicts a koala ranger in a well-worn traveller's coat and wide-brimmed hat, shortbow at full draw with an arrow nocked and ready. A cylindrical quiver packed with arrows rides across their back, and a utility belt with pouches completes the kit. The sculpt strikes an active, mid-action pose — weight shifted, bow angled, entirely focused. Details are crisp throughout: the texture of the coat fabric, the buckles on the belt, the wrapped grip of the bow, and those unmistakably koala-ish clawed feet.
Whether you're running a homebrew world with beastfolk factions, adapting the Harengon rules for a marsupial folk ranger build, or simply want the most characterful wilderness scout at your table, this miniature brings genuine personality alongside serious adventuring credentials. Equally at home on a D&D battle map or a display shelf.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Want a distinctive beastfolk ranger or scout player character
- Are building a homebrew world with anthropomorphic folk races
- Need a memorable NPC — a bounty hunter, frontier guide, or unlikely ally
- Collect characterful sculpts from independent fantasy miniature artists
- Appreciate sculpts with genuine personality and strong silhouette
Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking a poacher through the Thornwood for two days when they stumble into a clearing already occupied — a stout koala folk figure, hat low, bow half-drawn, standing over the poacher's unconscious form. She tilts her head slowly and says: "Took your time. I've been waiting since yesterday."
