Description

She stands with eyes half-closed and a crown of living flame — a beastmaster who has long since stopped needing to raise her voice.

  • ✔ Large-scale display bust — significantly bigger than standard 32mm
  • ✔ Resin printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted — ideal as a centrepiece painting project
  • ✔ Designed for display shelves and painting competitions

Aurora is a commanding presence rendered in extraordinary detail. Her flame-wreathed headdress rises in wild, asymmetric tendrils above sharply pointed horns, catching the eye before a single word is spoken. Her expression is one of cool, absolute authority — the look of someone who has bent wild things to her will so many times it has become effortless. The sculpt captures her in a classic bust format mounted on a tiered display plinth, giving the front profile a sense of regal stillness and the rear view a glimpse of the spirit or familiar that rides at her back — a hovering, ghostly presence nestled within the flames.

Her breastplate is ornate and aggressive in equal measure — sweeping shoulder guards, layered pauldrons, and a central breastplate decorated with scrollwork and a central gem or sigil. Every surface rewards a painter's attention, from the smooth planes of her face to the intricate recesses of her armour. This is a display piece that earns its spot on the shelf.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Want a detailed painting project with distinct focal points across face, flame, and armour
  • Are building a display shelf of fantasy busts and villain portraits
  • Need visual inspiration for a powerful NPC — a Warlock patron, a planar warlord, or a spirit-bonded champion
  • Are looking for a centrepiece to anchor a painted collection or showcase at a gaming event

Encounter Hook:
The party has tracked a string of beast attacks to a ruined watchtower on the moorland edge. Inside, surrounded by pacing wolves and circling wraiths, sits a woman who does not look up when they enter. On a stone plinth before her rests a carved likeness of her own face — Aurora, the Beastmaster. She speaks without turning: "You were slower than the last group. Sit. We have much to discuss."

Details

This is a display bust rather than a standard tabletop miniature — it is designed to showcase painting skill, texture, and character expression rather than serve as a combat piece. Comes mounted on a stepped square display plinth. Supplied unpainted in grey resin. Supports will be removed, though minor clean-up may occasionally be needed.
