Atroplal 01 by Yasashii Kyojin Studios
Description
It does not walk — it lurches, a cathedral of wrongly assembled flesh that has somehow forgotten how bodies are supposed to work.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Atroplal is not merely a giant gone wrong. It is something that grew without constraint, without blueprint, without mercy — a mass of overdeveloped muscle, fused limbs, and a gaping maw where a face might once have been. The twisted, rope-like protrusion spiralling from its crown suggests something reaching upward, toward something unknowable, while the rest of the creature crouches and grabs and shambles forward with horrible purpose. This is body horror at tabletop scale: an aberrant behemoth that belongs in the deepest underdark vaults, in the nightmare margins of a planar rift, or at the climax of a campaign that has tested your players to their limits.
The sculpt from Yasashii Kyojin Studio captures every grotesque detail — the pustule-like nodes along the torso, the bunched cords of muscle across multiple redundant limbs, and the gnarled, almost foetal quality of a creature that has never quite finished becoming. From every angle it reads as something deeply, deliberately wrong. An absolute showpiece for a horror-themed encounter or a display shelf that demands to be talked about.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a flesh-horror boss for a body-horror or cosmic dread campaign
- Run Underdark, Far Realm, or planar corruption encounters
- Want a centrepiece monster that stops players mid-sentence when it hits the table
- Collect aberrant and giant-kin miniatures for display
Encounter Hook:
The prisoners taken from the last three villages were not eaten — they were incorporated. The Atroplal that crashes through the dungeon wall still wears fragments of their faces across its torso, mouths occasionally opening and closing in silent appeal. The party has six rounds before it reaches the ritual circle. The faces are still blinking.
