Description

They said Arlon the Dog had been stabbed seventeen times and walked away from every one — the blades still buried in his flesh, kept as trophies.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Arlon is no ordinary bandit. He's the kind of villain that makes your players lean forward in their seats — a feral, grinning predator who wears his wounds like armour and his knives like a crown. The sculpt captures him in a crouched, predatory stance, claws splayed wide and that unsettling smirk carved into a bestial face framed by wild, mane-like hair. Swords jut from his back and shoulders — not holstered, not sheathed, just embedded — as though he's absorbed every blade ever drawn against him. His layered leather coat, heavy belt, and fur-wrapped clawed feet speak to a figure who lives entirely outside civilised society, somewhere between rogue, lycanthrope, and force of nature.

Two poses are available in this range — both share the same feral energy, but differ in stance and arm position, giving Dungeon Masters a choice between a lunging aggressor and a coiled, calculating predator. Check the variant options to find the pose that suits your table.

Brilliant for adventurers who:

  • Need a named bandit boss or recurring villain with real visual menace
  • Want a wildly characterful rogue or assassin NPC for urban or wilderness encounters
  • Are building a thieves' guild, outlaw faction, or bounty hunter dossier
  • Collect dark fantasy miniatures worthy of a display shelf

Encounter Hook:
The party is hired to bring Arlon in — alive, the client insists. They find him in the cellar of a burned-out tavern, crouched over a body, grinning at the door as if he knew they were coming. Every blade in his back is one he pulled from a previous bounty hunter. He hasn't moved yet. He's just counting them.

Details

Arlon is supplied at 32mm scale and comes with a plain black base as standard — a decorative base option is also available. Please include a note at checkout specifying your preferred base style if you select the decorative option. The base arrives separate and attaches easily with a small amount of glue. This miniature arrives ready to prime and paint, or use straight from the box as an unpainted display or gaming piece.
