This is a full gladiatorial chariot set sculpted by Galaad Miniatures, and it is one of the most dramatically composed multi-piece miniatures we stock. The set includes a female gladiator in Greek-inspired armour — crested helmet, round shield, and sword raised high in a rallying cry — alongside two powerfully muscled warhorses in barded harness, a detailed chariot body with ornate carved panelling, and the spiked wheel with its fearsome axle blade that tells you exactly what this vehicle does to enemy formations. Every component is rendered with genuine craft: the horses' expressions are fierce and individual, the chariot's woodgrain texture is crisp, and the warrior's armour carries that sun-baked Mediterranean aesthetic that works brilliantly for campaigns with a classical antiquity flavour.
Whether you're running a gladiatorial arena arc, a city-state at war, or a divine champion sent by the gods themselves, this set earns its space on any table. It's equally at home as a display piece — assembled and painted, it becomes a centrepiece that draws the eye from across the room.
Well suited to adventurers who:
- Run arena campaigns, colosseum encounters, or chariot-race set pieces
- Need a commanding NPC champion, rival fighter, or faction warlord
- Want a visually striking player character mount and vehicle combo
- Collect classical antiquity or Greco-Roman fantasy miniatures
- Are building a display piece worthy of a dedicated painting project
Encounter Hook:
The party has been hired to sabotage the chariot race before the final bout — but when they arrive at the stables, they find the favoured champion already dead, her horses loose, and a note pinned to the chariot wall in a language none of them recognise. The race begins at dawn. Someone still intends to drive.
This set is scaled to 32mm and arrives as multiple components — the chariot body, spiked wheel, two horses, and the gladiator figure — ready for assembly with superglue. The decorative components are designed to work together as a cohesive scene. The set arrives unpainted and support-free, ready for priming and painting at your leisure.
