The Arcanaloth is one of the most treacherous creatures in the yugoloth hierarchy — a fox-headed fiend of immense cunning that trades in secrets, contracts, and cursed knowledge. This sculpt from Monster Atlas captures it mid-stride, clutching a bundle of rolled scrolls tightly to its chest while a single scroll is pressed to its muzzle as though it is reading — or perhaps savouring — the contents. A flowing cloak drapes over one shoulder, and its thick, full tail arcs dramatically behind it. The creature's horned head is angled downward with an expression of quiet, predatory focus.

Every surface rewards the painter. The fur across the arms, legs, and tail is richly textured with individual strands, contrasting beautifully with the smooth linen of the cloak and the wrapped detail on each scroll. The clawed feet and hands are sharply defined, and the leather binding cord around the scroll bundle is clearly legible at this scale.
