The Apostles of the Faceless King are no ordinary cultists. These are true believers — robed zealots clad in tattered, layered vestments with grotesque square-faced masks and elaborate headdresses carved from what might be stone, wood, or bone. Encounter Hook:
The party tracks the kidnapped merchant to a flooded undercroft beneath the old cathedral.
