The Angel of Radiance by Mia Kay M3DM is a striking celestial figure that occupies that uneasy space between protector and executioner. Her enormous feathered wings sweep dramatically behind her, each primary rendered with meticulous detail. She stands tall in a form-fitted arcane bodysuit etched with flowing sigil-work, wearing a close-faced horned helm that conceals her expression — leaving your players to wonder whether she has come to save them or to collect. Her raised claw-tipped hands and slightly forward stance carry an authority that needs no weapon to threaten.
Whether she serves as a Solar's herald, a fallen celestial repurposed by a divine patron, or the visible face of a Cleric's deity made manifest, this sculpt carries real narrative weight. She suits painted display collections just as well as active campaign use — the wing detail alone rewards careful drybrushing or layered washes.
A fine addition for adventurers who:
- Need a celestial NPC with genuine presence and ambiguity
- Are running divine-themed arcs, planar adventures, or Cleric backstory moments
- Want a display piece that commands attention on a shelf or gaming table
- Are building a celestial encounter or angelic order for their setting
Encounter Hook:
The party has just broken into the sealed vault of a dead god when the doors behind them dissolve into light — and she steps through, wings filling the doorway, helm tilted slightly as though she already knows what each of them has done and is deciding what to do about it.
