Description

He tips his hat with a mechanical claw, the skull atop his staff glowing faintly — and you realise the man behind the mask hasn't been a man for a very long time.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Andrew is a steampunk construct of the finest and most unsettling variety. Dressed in a long split-tail coat adorned with ornate scrollwork, he carries a skull-headed staff in one hand whilst the other — a fully articulated mechanical claw — hangs at his side with an almost casual menace. His face is concealed behind a riveted mask, topped with a tilted top hat that gives him the air of a gentleman scholar who made one too many bargains with the wrong powers. One leg is replaced from the knee down with a mechanical prosthetic of gears and pistons. He is, in short, exactly the kind of NPC your players will immediately distrust and eventually love.

Whether you cast him as a centuries-old artificer whose body gave out before his ambitions did, a construct warlock who traded flesh for power, or a recurring enigma threading through your campaign's deeper mysteries, Andrew brings a rare combination of dark elegance and mechanical menace to the table. He works equally well as a display piece — the sculpt detail on his coat, claw, and staff is genuinely remarkable.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a memorable NPC with strong visual identity for a steampunk or Gothic fantasy campaign
  • Are building an artificer-themed adventure or construct-heavy encounter
  • Play or DM settings like Ravenloft, Eberron, or homebrew industrial fantasy worlds
  • Want a display-worthy centrepiece miniature for a shelf or gaming room

Encounter Hook:
The party tracks the source of the magical interference to a candlelit workshop beneath the clock tower. Andrew is already seated at the table, tea poured for exactly the right number of guests, his mechanical fingers drumming a slow rhythm on the skull of his staff. "I've been expecting you," he says — and the records in his journals suggest he's been expecting you for forty years.

Andrew is scaled at 35mm. If you'd prefer a different scale, drop us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate you. A base is included — choose between a decorative option (three styles available, please note your preference in the order) or a plain black base. The base arrives separate for easy attachment with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed prior to dispatch, and every piece goes through quality control before it leaves us — minor marks from the print process are possible and can be cleaned up easily before priming.
