The Amazoness Raven Cleric is a fierce and otherworldly figure — a warrior-priestess of the deep jungle, bound to avian spirits and the mysteries of the sky. Her voluminous headdress of layered feathers fans out in a dramatic halo, framing a masked face that is at once serene and threatening. A simple ceremonial tunic with ragged, jagged edges hangs over her lean frame, cinched with a leather cord, and ankle wraps are the only concession to armour. What she lacks in protection she compensates for in presence.

In each hand she carries a crescent-bladed ritual weapon — short, hooked, and clearly designed for close work. Arms outstretched and head level, the pose reads as invocation as much as combat readiness: she may be calling down a blessing or summoning something far less benign. Either way, you would not want to be the one standing in front of her.

The sculpt captures superb feather-by-feather detail across the headdress, visible both from the front — where the bird-mask peers through the foliage of plumes — and from the rear, where individual overlapping feathers create a dense, naturalistic texture. Painted, this miniature rewards layered drybrushing and a wash to bring the feather detail to life. Left in monochrome on a display shelf, the silhouette alone tells a story.

She works equally as an antagonist — a jungle guardian or cult leader — and as a player character: a Cleric of the Twilight or Nature domain, a flavourful Druid, or a Shaman-type NPC standing between the party and something sacred.

A great choice for adventurers who:

  • Need a tribal or jungle-faith cleric for their campaign
  • Are building an Amazoness warband or matriarchal cult encounter
  • Want a character with strong display potential thanks to the dramatic headdress silhouette
  • Play a Cleric, Druid, or Shaman PC with a nature-spirit or avian divine connection
  • Are DMing a jungle ruin, sacred grove, or spirit-world encounter arc

Encounter Hook

The party has been hired to retrieve a stolen idol from a sacred ruin deep in the Verdant Reach — but when they arrive, the Raven Cleric is already there, arms outstretched over the idol in mid-ritual. She does not attack. She simply says: "You should not have followed me here. The Raven has already seen you." Roll for initiative, or don't — either way, the jungle is listening.
