This large-based alligator sculpt from Epic Miniatures is a beautifully observed piece — low to the ground, jaws spread wide in a threat display, and covered in rows of individually sculpted scutes running from the base of the skull all the way to the tip of the whip-thin tail. The texture across the body shifts convincingly between the rougher, knobbled armour plates of the back and the smoother, cross-hatched hide of the underbelly and legs.
