This alligator folk warrior is every inch the swamp-born bruiser — jaw agape in a wide, tooth-filled snarl, one clawed foot raised mid-stride as though charging straight through shallow water. In one hand he hefts a broad, serrated blade edged with wicked crocodilian teeth; in the other, a heavy wooden shield banded with riveted planking absorbs the weight of a warrior who expects to take hits as readily as he dishes them out.

His torso is wrapped in leather strapping and armoured plates that follow the natural contours of his thick scales, lending him a practical, battle-worn look rather than the polished gleam of a city soldier.
