This alligator folk warrior cuts an imposing figure — broad-shouldered and low-slung, armoured in riveted plate and leather straps, with a thick, textured tail counterbalancing the wide stance of a fighter who has held a river crossing more than once. The sculpt captures that particular reptilian stillness that breaks without warning into explosive violence: legs bent, weight shifted forward, the long rope-wrapped poleaxe drawn back and level, ready to sweep.

The scaly hide is rendered with real depth — overlapping osteoderms across the back and tail, finer scales at the joints and inner limbs, and armour plates fitted specifically around the creature's unusual anatomy rather than bolted on as an afterthought.
